HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
The factors that determine delivery time are a combination of purchase submission time and the delivery time slot of the logistics company. Once your parcel is picked up, expect next day delivery within Peninsula Malaysia with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Add a day or two for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). For international delivery, depending on country, it takes anywhere between 5 – 10 working days (up to 14 working days).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Delivery charges are RM10.00 flat rate for Peninsular Malaysia and RM15.00 flat rate for East Malaysia.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We will only accept returns if all tags are still attached and it must be in sellable, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition.
KAMI. should be informed about any returns within 72 hours of delivery to your address. Returns must be made within 2 working days of receipt in exchange for KAMI. store credit. Costs of return shipment will be borne by the customer and we are not liable until item(s) reach us.
