RETURNS

Returns are fully accepted over defective or faulty products and for size as well as fit reasons, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.

We do not accept returns for pre-order items, scarves, sale items as well as purchases made with a discount code.

Terms and conditions:

• KAMI should be informed about any returns or exchanges within 72 hours of delivery to your address.
• You will receive a Return Form along with your order. Fill up the Return Form and send it back to KAMI together with your purchase and delivery receipt within 48 hours.
• Our address is KAMI, 26, Jalan Anggerik Mokara 31/59, Kawasan Industri Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor.
• Your return or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
• Returns may be made for exchange or store credit only - no refunds.
• The product returned must be in good, unworn condition with the hangtag still intact.
• We will not accept your claim for return or exchange if any of the T&Cs are not met.
