What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
Absolutely free! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is posted.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
The factors that determine delivery time are a combination of purchase submission time and the delivery time slot of the logistics company. Once your parcel is picked up by POS Laju, expect next day delivery within Peninsula Malaysia with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Add a day or two for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact our customer service department to track your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
What are the international shipping methods?
KAMI. ships all international orders via POS Laju, which is Malaysia's Express Mail Service. A tracking number will be provided via email once order has been processed.

What are the shipping costs?
International shipping is based on 2 categories.

Group A: 
Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
RM50 for orders up to RM500
RM70 for orders RM500 and above

Group B:
Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, Dubai, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Sweden, United Kingdom and USA.
RM70 for orders up to RM500
RM110 for orders RM500 and above

All rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Transit time varies for different countries. These transit times are subject to custom's clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic. Here's an estimation given by Pos Laju:

Group A: 4-10 working days
Group B: 6-11 working days

The above timeframe is an estimation only and does not reflect on the actual delivery time. If for any reason you order is not delivered to you within 15 working days, please contact info@kamiidea.com.my

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
We are not liable for any customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel in order for customs to release your parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can't estimate the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so to avoid unexpected charges. 

RETURNS POLICY
We will only accept returns if all tags are still attached and it must be in saleable, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition. Returns must be made within 7 working days of purchase date and costs of return shipment will be borne by the customer. You will be refunded in the form of store credit of the item(s) value at time of purchase. An email notification will be sent to you once we have credited you. 

If the item does not fit, you can opt to exchange your item for another size, subject to our stock availability. If item is out of stock, store credit of the item value will be credited back into your account.
